Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to serve copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The enclosures to the revisional application reflect that only FIR and charge-sheet has been enclosed. None of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure or the orders of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore is available. The case is of the year 2017. More than six years have passed since the initiation of the present case. Having regard to the time period which has lapsed in the meantime, I direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore to fix date for consideration of charges, if the same has not been framed. The petitioners would be at liberty to canvass the issues advanced in the present revisional application at the stage of consideration of the charges.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 443 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
