At page 10, line no. 11, from top, the respondent no.

would be correctly read as "respondents no. 3 and 4" at the place of "respondents no. 4 and 5".

The remaining portion of the order shall be remain unaltered.

The Office is directed to send the record to the Ledger Section, so that order of this Court may be complied by handing over the cheques to the claimants before ensuing puja vacation.
