The petitioner is aggrieved by the progress of the proceedings under Section 12 of the PWDV Act, 2005. Having regard to the anxiety expressed by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that a direction is required to be passed. Needless to state that the order sheet which has been enclosed, describes that the circumstances were beyond the control of the learned court.

As there was no progress, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Malda is directed to fix at least one day in a month for the progress of the case.

The learned court would take all efforts so that within a reasonable period of time, the applicant is rendered justice. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 296 of 2021 is disposed of.
