None appears on behalf of appellant. Same situation prevailed on 24th August, 2021, when following order was made:- "None appears on behalf of appellant.

We find the appeal is in time and form but Additional Stamp Reporter said that date of signing of decrees furnished preamble calls for deletion and there is an error in the decree of trial Court. The rectification can be done after the appeal is moved for admission but as aforesaid, none appears on behalf of appellant.

List under heading 'For Dismissal' on 1st September, 2021."

SAT 298 of 2002 is dismissed.
