In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Petitioners were granted bail on 12.03.2025 by imposing condition of meeting the Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional police station once in a fortnight. So far as the said condition is concerned, the same is modified to the extent that the petitioners would meet with the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a month. So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same would remain unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
