1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit (Com.) 43 of 2024 (Old No. Title Suit 28 of 2021) pending before the learned Commercial Court at Rajarhat, North 24-Parganas.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit has been pending since long and the plaintiff is suffering.

3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Commercial Court, Rajarhat, North 24-Parganas to dispose of the T.S.(Com.) 43 of 2024 [(Old No. T.S. 28 of 2021 (CC)] as expeditiously as the business of the learned Court

would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. CO 467 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs.
