Learned advocate has submitted that already three witnesses have been examined and the next date has been fixed by the learned special court on 28th July, 2023, 31st July 2023 and 1st August, 2023.

Prima facie, the progress of the trial is smooth. Learned trial court would henceforth also fix schedule at such regular intervals so that the trial of the case is concluded at the earliest. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 446 of 2023 is disposed of.
