Ms. Singh learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 3 to 5 by placing before this Court a copy of the pay order dated 21st June 2024 drawn in favour of the petitioner for a sum of Rs.30,000/- issued by the Federal Bank submits that in terms of the direction passed by this Court on 14th September 2022, the aforesaid sum has been made over in full and final settlement of the petitioner's claim. She submits that it was not the intention of the respondents to hold back the money. However, due to financial constraints, the same could not be paid earlier.

Mr. Guha Thakurta learned advocate representing the petitioner, confirms that the petitioner has received the aforesaid sum.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid and taking into consideration the fact that the order dated 14th

September 2022 has been substantially complied with, I am of the view that no useful purpose shall be served by keeping the instant contempt application alive.

4. In view thereof, the contempt application being CPAN 201 of 2023 is disposed of.
