Nayeemul Haque ... for the contemnor An affidavit of compliance has been filed before this Court annexing the communicating memo dated 26th September, 2022 made by the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Murshidabad to the Chairman, West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission recommending the employment of the petitioner on compassionate ground.

All the relevant documents in connection with recommendation have also forwarded.

The document annexed to the affidavit of compliance mentions that all the relevant papers were checked and verified and found to be in order. The affidavit to be affirmed by the applicant before the First Class Judicial Magistrate with regard to looking after and maintaining the dependent family members of the

deceased family has not been submitted by the applicant in terms of GO 1641/MD dated 11th November, 2010.

Leave granted to the petitioner to file requisite affidavit before the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Murshidabad who shall immediately forward the same to the Chairman, West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission.

The Madrasah Service Commission shall take prompt follow up steps in the matter.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
