Petitioner submits that as the petitioner could not make himself available before the court on 14th September, 2023, as such warrant of arrest has been issued against him in connection with Chakdah P. S. Case No. 591 of 2016. The said case is presently pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast track court, Kalyani, Nadia being sessions case No. 11(02)/2018. Mr Das, learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes that henceforth the petitioner would make himself available on each and every date fixed by the learned trial court. Accordingly, I direct that in case the petitioner appears before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track court, Kalyani, Nadia on or before 21st March, 2024 and the learned court on scrutiny of the records finds that the petitioner was earlier released on bail, in such circumstances learned court would allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond subject to further conditions which the learned trial court deem fit and proper to be imposed for ensuring

the appearance of the petitioner in future. In case the petitioner do not appear by 21st March, 2024, the learned trial court would be at liberty to exhaust harsher process of law.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 540 of 2024 is disposed of.
