Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in excess of 290 days. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstance subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM(DB) 492 of 2022 is dismissed.
