1. None appears for the petitioner. As prayed for by Mr.

Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Uluberia, leave is granted to the said respondent to file the supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record.

2. It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the State as well as Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE) concerned that the petitioner has received the entire amount on

account of arrear salary along with interest pursuant to an order passed by this Court.

3. Ms. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appears for the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.

4. They uniformly submit nothing survives in this instant writ petition.

5. It has been specifically stated in the said affidavit that the petitioner has died on June 5, 2023 and therefore, the cause of action in the writ petition does not survive at all.

6. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands disposed of.

7. No costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
