Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities regarding the misdeed of the present management of the company which include respondent nos.5 and 6, no action has been taken by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Survey Park P.S. Case No.32 dated 11.02.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of law.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps, I direct that the police authorities will take the case to its logical conclusion after putting in efforts in course of the investigation.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3171 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
