The petitioner was enlarged on interim bail on February 21, 2022 on the conditions noted therein.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that now the lady is not agreeing to marry the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable to continue with the interim bail granted to the petitioner on February 21, 2022. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

C.R.M. (DB) 493 of 2022 is, thus, rejected.
