On the earlier occasion no accommodation is sought for on behalf of the petitioner. This matter appears after five years.

The instant writ petition was preferred by the petitioner seeking upon the respondent authority to release arrear salary/remuneration in favour of the petitioner. Now, five years have already been elapsed. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, it appears to me that he is not at all interest to proceed with this matter.Thus, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.

Any interim order of say passed during pendency of the instant matter is hereby vacated.
