Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering and disposing the representation of the petitioner dated 18th January, 2021 being Annexure P-3 to the writ petition which was received by the respondents on 19th January, 2021 making request for photocopies of seized documents of accounts/documents in question at the cost of the petitioner, details of which will appear from the said representation dated 18th January, 2021.
Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to consider the prayer of the petitioner made in the said representation dated 18th January, 2021 within four weeks
from the date of communication of this order subject to compliance of any other formalities.
With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA No.2924 of 2022 stands disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
