Case No. 452 of 2019 thereby directing the petitioner to pay to the opposite party interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month.

The written instruction is placed before this Court through the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the case. Let the written instruction be taken on record.

Accordingly, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the materials on record, the present revisional application is, thus, disposed of as 'withdrawn'.
