....Advocates This is a contempt proceeding arising from a judgment dated August 11, 2025.

Mr. Robiul Islam, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, since there is some formal defects in the application, he has received instruction from his client to withdraw the same and file a fresh contempt proceeding on the selfsame cause of action. Learned Advocate for the petitioner further submits that, mistakenly a second contempt application has also been filed on the selfsame cause of action between the selfsame parties being CPAN 549 of 2026. He undertakes to withdraw the same and then file a fresh contempt application on the selfsame cause of action. This contempt proceeding is not in the list today.

In view of the above, this contempt proceeding, CPAN 166 of 2026 is allowed to be withdrawn and accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn with leave to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action between the selfsame parties.
