Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal learned advocates in due course.

Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that this case is pending since 2010.

None is appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner did not take any step in spite of specific direction of this court and filed affidavit of service on 26.3.2010.

After careful perusal of the judgement passed by the learned Assistant Session Judge, Jangipore, Murshidabad whereby the learned Judge acquitted two acccuseds from the charge under Sections 498A/306 of the Indian Penal Code.

After careful perusal of the judgement, I did not find any illegality or irregularity in the judgment itself. If the findings of the lower court are based on evidence and if the material evidence has been ignored then only the revisional court can interfere in this case.

I do not find any illegality in the judgement passed by the learned Assistant Session Judge, Jangipore, Murshidabad. Thus, being the position, the instant revisional application stands considered and dismissed.

The learned Registrar (Judicial Services) is requested to communicate this order to the learned Assistant Session Judge, Jangipore, Murshidabad forthwith.
