For the WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner pertains to the failure of the respondents Distribution Company to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. The respondent Distribution Company is represented and submits that they have no objection if the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date after giving a right of hearing to the petitioner and all the affected parties and passing a reasoned order.

I make it clear that nothing in this order will be construed as binding on the respondent No. 3 in so far as the merits of the case are concerned.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 3624 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
