Affidavit-of-service and the supplementary affidavit filed in Court today on behalf of the petitioner are taken on record.

The petitioner participated in 2nd State Level Selection Test, 2025. Allegation is that marks on account prior teaching experience have not been awarded despite the petitioner being an in-service candidate and is in service for more than thirteen years. 3.

The application form of the petitioner is not annexed to the writ petition. There is nothing on record to suggest that the petitioner disclosed his experience in the application form.

On perusal of the result details of the petitioner in respect of the subject concerned, it appears

that the petitioner secured 60 marks and the cut-off marks in the said subject is 73. Assuming that maximum marks on account of experience i.e., ten marks is awarded to petitioner, even then he will not reach the cut-off.

The petitioner has annexed certificate issued by the Assistant Headmaster-cum-Teacher-in-Charge of the school certifying that the petitioner is working in the institution since 2012 as a Clerk and has been imparting educational lessons.

The Court fails to appreciate as to how the school can permit a Clerk to take educational classes of the students of the school.

In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in the matter.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

All parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
