Petitioners had impersonated as employees of an online marketing company i.e. Amazon and induced customers to part with money on the ruse of selling online products.

In view of the nature of offence which has far-reaching impact and as investigation is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
