1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits accuseds in the FIR were not considered by the learned Magistrate while granting bail. He had merely referred to other pending proceedings by and between the parties.

2. Be that as it may, we note the order impugned is an interim one. Bail has not been confirmed.

3. We dispose of this application giving liberty to the petitioner to pray for cancellation of interim bail before the learned Magistrate and in the event such application is filed within seven days from date learned Magistrate shall consider the application as expeditiously as possible preferably within one month from the date of its consideration without granting unnecessary adjournment to other of the parties.
