Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for eight months and he has been implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused and there has been no recovery from him.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner was the proposed receiver of the contraband. There are antecedents of the present petitioner. The Call Data Records are also available.

Petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court after the stage of consideration of charges is over.

At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 280 of 2026 is rejected.
