1. Petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition of the order granting bail dated August 10, 2018 which required the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a month until further order.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner was not regular in attendance.

3. The police case is of 2012.

4. For the ends of justice, the requirement on the petitioner to report to the Investigating Officer once in a month until further orders is waived.

5. All other terms and conditions of the order granting bail will remain the same.

6. IA No.: CRAN 3 of 2024 in CRM 801 of 2017 is disposed of accordingly.
