Both the writ petitions are taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 10th January, 2024 when no one appeared for the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for. However, respondent nos. 2 to 4 and Staterespondents are represented by learned advocates. Same situation prevailed on 10th January, 2024. It appears that petitioners have lost interest. The writ petitions stand dismissed.
