By the instant application the applicant has prayed for extension of time to pay the compensation amount as directed by this court vide judgement dated 23.04.2024.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is ailing and as such he prays for instalment as prayed for in paragraph 9 of the application. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, installment is granted as follows :- The applicant shall pay Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac) within May, 2024 and a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-(Rupees Three Lac) by the end of June, 2024 and the remaining amount of Rs.2,50,000/-(Rupees Two Lac Fifty Thousand) be paid by the end of July, 2024.

Application being IA No.: CRAN 2 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

The complainant to supply the Bank details to the learned counsel for the applicant.
