Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. The anxiety of the petitioner is in relation to Bhabanipur PS Case No. 05/23 dated 12.01.2023 under section 407/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in spite of the vehicle being untraceable and the police authorities being informed till date neither the vehicle could be recovered by the police authorities nor there has been any progress of the case.

In reply Mr. Banerjee, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that he has instructions from the Investigating Officer of the case that the

report under section 173 Cr.P.C. would be filed within a period of 4 weeks from date.

In view of the investigation having reached its finality and the police authorities are ready to file their report under section 173 Cr.P.C., I grant liberty to the petitioner to approach this court after the report under section 173 of the Cr.P.C. is filed before the jurisdictional court, as the State has submitted that the investigation of all the cases will be completed within a period of 4 weeks.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3130 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
