It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a review application before the appellate authority, which is pending decision. The petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition and pursue the review application before the appellate authority.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

The petitioner is at liberty to pursue the review application before the appellate authority, as prayed for. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
