Nilatpal Chatterjee appeared before the Court and hence no rule was issued.

No application has been filed to support the allegation of the alleged contemnor that the order dated January 7, 2020 was obtained by suppression of material facts.

Today it is submitted that an appeal has been preferred against the said order with a delay of 90 days.

Rule is drawn in a separate sheet.

There is no stay of the order of which contempt as alleged.

In those circumstances, let a Rule be issued upon the alleged contemnor as prayed for.

The petitioner shall put the requisites for the aforesaid purpose in course of the day.

The Rule is made returnable one week after ensuing Puja Vacation.

All the parties are to act on a server copy of this order on the usual undertaking.
