Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner is the receiver of the stolen goods. The police are unable to recover the stolen goods from the petitioner as the petitioner is keeping the shop closed.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 855 of 2022 is dismissed.
