1. By filing this public interest litigation the petitioner prays for an approval of the vacancy of fair price shop at Ber Ramchandrapur for the villagers of the Ber Ramchandrapur as the villagers of that area have to travel a long distance to get the ration articles. It is seen that the representation of the petitioner is of the year 2009 and thereafter there has been a change in the method of delivery of ration article. Therefore, if the petitioner still has grievance, then it will be open to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the appropriate respondent and thereafter proceed in accordance with law.

2. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
