Subsequent to an incident of assault, the victim, apparently expired due to ante-mortem hemorrhage leading to cervical stroke. Petitioners stand implicated in the incident of assault leading to the death of the person as noted above, Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 477 of 2024 is dismissed.
