Mr. Mritunjoy Halder ...for the petitioner Ms. Sanjukta Roy ...for the opposite parties This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, 12th Bench, City Civil Court at Kolkata to dispose of the Title Suit No. 469 of 2020 expeditiously.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that 7th March, 2025 has been fixed for framing of issues.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, this Court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge.

In the light of the said submissions made by learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 456 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, 12th Bench, City Civil Court to dispose of

the Title Suit No. 469 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
