Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a copy of the judgment passed by the learned trial court in Complaint Case No. 192 C of 2009 from which the present revision has been preferred.

It is seen that vide the judgment dated 20.04.2022, the trial court has found the accused/petitioner herein not guilty for the offence punishable under sections 302/506/427 IPC.

Considering the said fact and the materials on record, the present revision has thus become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revision is disposed of being infructuous.
