Heard learned Advocates of the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Co-accused Md. Amir Hossain has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench. Petitioners stand on the same footing and are entitled to similar relief.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., (1) Sultan Hossain @ Sultan Mia @ Hossain, (2) Titon Mia, (3) Raisuddin @ Raisuddin Mia and (4) Safir Hosen @ Sarif Mia @ Hosen @ Sakir be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and on further condition petitioners shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till the submission of the final report and shall not Signed By :

leave the jurisdiction of Baishnabgar Police Station without the leave of the jurisdictional court, except for the purpose of meeting with investigating officer and attending the court till the submission of the final report. They shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within three weeks from date.
