It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that direction may be given to the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case and to that extent the present revisional application may be disposed of.

It appears that the prayer is innocuous and as such the learned Trial Court is requested to make expeditious trial of the Matrimonial Suit being No. 46/16 pending before 16th Additional District Judge at Alipore and to dispose of the same preferably within a period of one year without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. In view of the above, C.O. 369 of 2019 is, thus disposed of.
