Mondal ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff challenging two orders, that is, Order No. 35 dated 20th January, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 2nd Court at Asansol and Order No. 32 dated 4th October, 2024 passed by the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Asansol both in Title suit No. 161 of 2020.

Learned advocate for the petitioner in his usual fairness submits that in the meantime the suit has been dismissed by a judgment and decree dated 28th February, 2025.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and the same stands dismissed.

The petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum against the judgment and decree dated 28th February, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Asansol in Title Suit No. 161 of 2020. If an appeal

is preferred against the said judgment and decree, it will be open to the petitioner to take all points including the points raised in the civil revision in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.
