Having regard to the nature of facts involved in this writ petition, I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending.

It appears that the petitioner is aggrieved by the construction of a boundary wall by the private respondents at the relevant premises.

A perusal of the writ petition does not indicate that any representation was made to Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation alleging any unauthorised construction.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

I, however, grant liberty upon the petitioner to make representation before Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation for appropriate order.

With the aforesaid direction, WPA 3040 of 2024 is disposed of.
