Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. It is contended there is civil dispute between the parties. A skirmish ensued. Injury report does not disclose grievous injury. 3.

Accordingly, we are of the opinion this is a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., (1) Sanuar Ali @ Sanoyar Sk @ Sanowar Sk, (2) Ainal Hoque, (3) Anuar Hossain @ Anuyar Sk @ Anuwar Sk,

(4) Mainul Hoque @ Sk @ Kalu Sk and (5) Aijul Hoque @ Aijul Sk be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Signed By :
