Mr. Shuvro Prakash Lahiri Mr. Rajesh Naskar Ms. Indrani Roy ...for the petitioner Mr. Himadri Sikhar Chakraborty Ms. Susnita Saha ...for the State Mr. Sourav Mitra ...for the WBCSSC Learned advocate representing District Inspector of Schools (SE) Paschim Medinipur being respondent no. 5 has submitted that 'no objection certificate' and transfer application were forwarded to the respondent no. 5 on 21st April, 2025 and it is also stated in the communication dated 6th May, 2025 of respondent no. 5 the steps are being taken to forward the transfer application along with relevant documents to the competent authority for taking decision on transfer application of the petitioner.

Since transfer application along with 'no objection certificate' have been submitted by the school authority before the respondent no. 5, respondent no. 5 is directed to forward the same

to the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service commission being respondent no. 4 by 7 (seven) days from date of communication of this order. On receipt of transfer application and other relevant documents respondent no. 4 shall decide transfer application of the petitioner in accordance with law by 6 (six) weeks thereafter and decision to be taken by the respondent no. 4 shall be communicated to the petitioner by fortnight thereafter.

It is made clear that suspension of portal shall not be ground to reject transfer application of the petitioner.

Communication dated 6th May, 2025 of respondent no. 5 is taken on record.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
