The petitioner renews his prayer for anticipatory bail, which was rejected earlier by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated September 21, 2020 passed in CRM No.6840 of 2020.

The petitioner says that he is renewing his prayer because of change in circumstances after the earlier rejection order was passed. The petitioner relies on a report of one Sub Inspector Amar Singh dated February 11, 2020. The rejection order was passed about six months after that report. In other words, the report was in existence and the same would be

presumed to have been considered by the earlier Bench while rejecting the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail. We do not find any change in circumstances. As such, we are unable to entertain this application for anticipatory bail. C.R.M. No.1364 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
