No. CAN 1 OF 2022 --------------- In the said application at page 19 thereto being Annexure-X2 thereof a notification of the State being Memo No.4014 dated November 27, 2020 has been disclosed. From the said document it appears that the administrative control of Sishu Siksha Kendras (SSKs) and Madhyamik Siksha Kendras (MSKs) had been transmitted to the West Bengal School Education Department, State of West Bengal with effect from December 1, 2020.

Mrinmay Bhattacharya, leaned advocate appears for the writ petitioner.

Mr. Rejaul Hossain, learned advocate appears for the respondent nos. 1 to 8.

For the reasons stated above, the Secretary, School Education Department, State of West Bengal

is directed to be and, accordingly, is being added as a party to this writ petition at the instance of this Court. Learned advocate on record for the writ petitioner shall carry out the necessary change by impleading the said authority in the cause title of the writ petition by putting his signature.

Mr. Rejaul Hossain since appearing for the State authorities shall also appear and represent the said added respondent.
