Banerjee) Mr. Debdutta Raha ...for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of an applicant in a revocation case praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court at Alipore to dispose of Revocation Case (Probate) no. 02 of 2017 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, this Court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of the application along with a copy of this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them in the trial Court.

From the order-sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that several dates were fixed for bringing the Lower Court Record and for filing of the written statement.

Learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court at Alipore is requested to ensure that the record reaches the court at the earliest. Immediately after the record reaches the court, the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court at Alipore is requested to dispose of the Revocation Case (Probate) No. 2 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
