Counsel for the respective parties submit that the order dated 24.12.2021 has been complied with. The alleged contemnor, namely, Mr. Debashis Chatterjee, has filed an affidavit showing cause. The same is taken on record.

The alleged contemnor is present in Court.

This Court is not fully satisfied with the reasons advanced for non-compliance of the order. The contemnor is however discharged with a warning not to repeat such conduct in future. In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the contemnor is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
