"The second appeal tender is of year 2001.

There is discrepancy in mention of dates of decrees of both Courts below as in the memo.

None appears on behalf of appellant.

Let notice be issued to the learned advocate enclosing copy of this order. Appellant must take steps to remove the defect. If the defect is not removed or appellant continues to go unrepresented on adjourned date or thereafter or either of the above, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.

List in monthly list of August, 2021.

Additional Stamp Reporter will report on removal of defect or omission in regard thereto, as the case may be."

Noting dated 26th July, 2021 says notice was issued. Printed list has also been published. Since the defects are errors in the memo, same can be removed upon the appeal being moved for admission.

In view of the above we are convinced appellant has lost interest.
