Mr. Dipanjan Datta, learned advocate for the Bank, has fairly submitted to this Court that after perusing the minutes of the COE, adequate reasons have not been found.

In that view of the matter, for the ends of justice, this Court remands the matter back for reconsideration before the Identification Committee. The Identification Committee shall consider the writ petitioners' reply and deal with them point wise.

The matter may be taken up, in terms of the guidelines, by the Review Committee, which shall also pass a reasoned order.

The impugned orders dated 1st September, 2021 and 10th February, 2022 shall stand set aside. If the aforesaid two Committees, are of the them feels that the petitioners may be heard, the same may be afforded.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
