The tenor of the writ petition reflects that the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead in respect of the property which has been referred to in the writ petition. Civil Court as well as the Appellate Courts are in seisin of the issue relating to their rights, title and interest in the property.

The main grievance now is that in spite of informing the police authorities no steps have been taken in respect of certain interference being made at the behest of the private respondent.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that at present there has been no

interference at the behest of either of the sides and there is no violation of the law and order.

However, having regard to the fact that the second appeal is pending inter se the parties police authorities would continue to keep their surveillance and ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3035 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
