It appears from the records that the interim order passed on June 6, 2013 was made effective till August 8, 2013 or until further order, whichever was earlier.
The interim order is no longer alive and no steps have been taken by the petitioner to extend the same.
In light of the same, I am of the view that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursing this lis.
Accordingly, this revisional application is dismissed for default.
As a consequences thereof, all connected applications have become infructuous and the same are dismissed. Department concerned shall communicate the order passed in Court today to the Court below.
The department concerned shall ensure that acknowledgement of receipt of such communication. A report of compliance to be placed before this Court after two weeks. The lower court is directed to expeditiously act in accordance with law.
