Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation which was addressed to the Officerin-charge, Pandua Police Station did not yield any result. The further grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents are trying to encroach upon the petitioner's property and also destroying the cultivation. It has also been submitted that the civil court in title appeal no. 17/2018 has been pleased to stay the execution of the preliminary decree. Since the appellate forum of the civil court is already in seisin of the issue and the petitioner further apprehends that there may be continuation of the illegalities as earlier being committed, petitioner would be at liberty to bring the same to the notice of the Officer-in-charge, Pandua Police Station. Officerin-charge, Pandua Police Station, if he finds that the

same inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3026 of 2023 is disposed of.
